A FEW IMPORTANT WORDS ABOUT SHIPPING Here are a few helpful guidelines to bear in mind.
* We need time to prepare your goodies before they ship. We bake for shipment on Wednesdays. Orders received before 5 PM EST Tuesday, ship the next business day. Time in transit varies by service. (An order placed on Tuesday before 5 PM EST would be shipped on Wednesday; Thursday would be its first transit day.)
* Orders received after 5 PM EST Tuesday cannot be guaranteed for shipment the next day. However, that said, we will try our best to get products to you in as timely a fashion as possible. If your order is received late, we may attempt to contact you via e-mail to confirm details and let you know if the shipment will be delayed until the next “shipping” baking day.
* Our products are all-natural and preservative-free - and they weren't meant to last long. We highly recommend using the swiftest delivery method you can. Our breads do have a remarkably long shelf life. We would just like it to be on your shelf, not the postal services.
* We will ALWAYS strive to ensure everyone is happy with both our product and our service. Because we bake and ship fresh, perishable product, we cannot accept returns - and please take particular note of this detail: Please bear in mind that Sandi’s Breads cannot be held responsible for typographical errors in addressing that result in a shipment error. Please double-check the ship-to address - we want your goodies to get there as much as you do!
